摘 要:通过配煤炼焦试验,研究了捣固炼焦相对于常规炼焦其焦炭质量改善效果与入炉煤性质的关系,进而建立了捣固焦炭质量改善效果与入炉煤性质参数的数学关系;在此数学关系的基础上,探讨了捣固炼焦改善焦炭质量的入炉煤性质范围。Through our cokemaking experiment with blended coal, the relationship between the quality of the coal charge and the improvement of the coke quality based on the stamp charged coking process and that based on conventional coking process was studied. The mathematical relationship between the improvement effect of the coke quality based on the stamp charged coking process and that based on the top charged process was established. On the basis of the mathe- matical relationship, the range of quality of coal charge was determined.
