摘　　要：考察了甲醇制丙烯催化剂第一周期运行情况,研究了反应产物选择性以及丙烯收率随时间的变化趋势,探讨了其产物变化规律。随着反应时间的延长,催化剂活性位逐渐被积炭覆盖,导致酸性位数降低,从而使丙烯收率逐渐升高,气相中丙烷选择性降低,LPG收率也逐渐降低,其他副产品变化不是很明显。The operation practice of the catalyst for the methanol to propylene unit in the first phase was investigat-ed, the selectivity of the reaction products and the propylene yield impacted by the change of service time were both stud-ied, the law of the product change was thus obtained. The longer the reaction time, the more carbon deposited onto the cat-alyst, the less the catalyst activity and acidity, and therefore, the propylene yield increased gradually. As a result, the propylene selectivity in the gaseous phase decreased and the LPG yield reduced gradually, with only little change in the output of other byproducts.
