绵阳市重点行业职业危害现状调查及防治对策

摘　　要：目的了解绵阳市重点行业内主要职业病危害现状,为政府有关部门制定职业病防治对策提供参考依据。方法于2011年对绵阳市80家重点领域的企业进行现场调查,并进行数据整理和分析。结果 2011年共调查绵阳市境内80家重点企业,发现存在职业病危害的企业占所调查企业的100.0%,主要存在于煤炭、冶金、机械、化工、采矿业等传统工业以及汽车制造等新兴产业。存在的职业病危害因素有各类粉尘、化学毒物和物理因素。职业病危害因素企业检测率为21.3%,监测合格率为80.1%。成立职业病管理机构和组织的企业21家,占调查总数的26.3%。结论绵阳市重点行业领域的职业病危害现状较为严重,建议政府有关部门从制度、财政、宣传等方面加强职业病防治工作,同时,相关部门应该协作联动,共同担负起职业病防治工作重任,从源头上预防职业病危害,严把职业病危害预评价和控制效果评价关。[ Objective] To understand the major occupational hazards in key industries of MianYang City, and provide reference for developing occupational disease control measures. [ Methods ] A series of field surveys was conducted in 80 key enterprises of Mian- Yang City in 2011, and the survey information had been modeled and analyzed. [ Results] A total of 80 key enterprises were inves- tigated in Mianyang City, all were identified with occupational hazards which mainly existed in traditional industries of coal , metal- lurgy , machinery, chemical industry, mining and emerging industries such as automobile manufacturing. The main occupational hazards were various types of dust, chemical toxicants and physical factors. The detection rate of occupational hazards was 21.3%, and its compliance rate was 80.1%. Twenty one enterprises （26.3% } had occupational disease management agency and organiza- tion. [ Conclusion] The occupational hazards are very serious in key industries of MianYang City, the related government depart- ments should strengthen the prevention of occupational diseases from the levels of system, finance, publicity, etc. Meanwhile, the related departments should collaborate and take on the important task of occupational diseases prevention, prevent occupational haz- ards from the source, and strictly perform pre-evaluation and control effect evaluation of occupational diseases.
