摘  要:目的贯彻国家职业病防治工作"预防为主、防治结合"的方针,提高某稀土磁性材料建设项目投产后职业病危害防护水平和职业卫生治理水平,保护劳动者健康。方法采用类比、定量分级及风险评估法对该建设项目进行综合分析评价。结果该项目为职业病危害一般的建设项目,存在的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、噪声、高温、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁醇、工频电场;类比检测结果显示,各职业病危害因素浓度与强度均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该建设项目在职业病防治方面是可行的。[ Objective] To implement the policy of national occupational disease prevention and treatment which is "prevention is major with combination of prevention and treatment", to improve the protection level of occupational hazards and occupational health management levels after the project operating, and prevent the workers" healt, h [ Methods ] Analogy, quantitative grading and risk assessment method were adopted to comprehensively evaluate the construction project. [ Results] The occupational hazards were general in this project. The main hazards were dust, noise, heat , toluene, xylene , acetone , butanol, and the frequency electric field. [ Conclusion] Analogy tests showed that the occupational hazards 'concentration and intensity met the national occupational health standards. The construction project is feasible in occupational disease prevention
