摘 要:目的为掌握2011年北京市密云县手足口病病原学分布及其特点,对2011年该县的疑似肠道病毒感染病例标本进行实验室鉴别诊断。方法采集的患者咽拭子标本,用实时荧光RT-PCR的方法进行鉴定。将阳性的咽拭子接种于人横纹肌肉瘤(RD)细胞进行病毒分离,经培养2代,对有明显致细胞病变效应并能连续传代的毒株,再用实时荧光RT-PCR方法鉴定。结果 167份标本中检出未分型的肠道病毒3件,检出率为1.8%;检出柯萨奇病毒A组16(CoxA16)型28件,阳性率为16.8%;检出肠道病毒71(EV71)型33件,阳性率为19.8%,103件样本未检出。64份实时荧光PCR方法检测阳性的咽拭子用细胞进行病毒分离,分离率是64.1%。结论引起北京市密云县手足口病的病原体为CoxA16和EV71,2种病毒类型均为该县手足口病主要致病病毒类型。[ Objective] To understand the etiological distribution and characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD} in Miyun County of Beijing City in 2011, and conduct differential diagnosis on suspected enterovirus infections specimens in laborato- ry. [ Methods] The throat swab specimens of patients were collected for identification by real-time fluorescence RT-PCR method. The positive throat swab was inoculated in RD cells for virus isolation and cultured 2 generations, The strains with obvious cytopath- ic effect and continuously subcuhured ability were identified by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR method. [ Results] Of 167 speci- mens, 3 pieces without typing of enteroviruses were detected, the positive rate was 1.8% ; 28 pieces of CoxAl6 were detected, the positive rate was 16.8% ; 33 pieces of EV71were detected, the positive rate was 19.8%, 103 samples were not detected virus. The virus isolation was performed on 64 real-time fluorescence PCR positive throat swabs with cells, the separation rate was 64.1%. [ Conclusion] CoxA16 and EV71 are the main pathogens which caused the HFMD cases in Miyun County of Beijing City.
