摘　　要：目的了解直招士官对卫生知识的掌握情况、卫生态度、卫生行为现状和健康教育工作的实施情况,以及对健康教育的需求情况,为有针对性地指导部队健康教育和健康促进工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计的"某部官兵健康教育调查问卷"对2011年某部招收的497名直招士官进行调查。结果直招士官卫生知识总知晓率为73.1%,卫生态度正确持有率为93.5%,卫生行为正确养成率为40.5%。结论直招士官在新训期间的健康教育时间保证不足,直招士官卫生知识的掌握情况,卫生态度、行为的形成情况不容乐观。[ Objective] To understand the situation of health knowledge, health attitude and health behavior, as well as the imple- mentation of health education among direct admission officers, know their demand for health education, and provide a basis for guidance of health education and health promotion in army. [ Methods]497 direct admission officers were investigated by the self- designed health education questionnaire. [ Results ] The total awareness rate of health knowledge in direct admission officers was 73.1%, meanwhile, the correct rate of health attitude and health behavior was respectively 93.5 % and 40.5 %. [ Conclusion ] The health education time during training period in direct admission officers is not enough. The awareness situation of health knowledge, and the formation situation of health attitude and health behavior among direct admission officers is not optimistic.
