摘  要:目的通过了解浦东新区各类学校学生意外伤害现状及特征,分析伤害发生的主要时间、场所、活动状态等原因,为学校及学生家长提供相应的预防干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对区内2011学年在籍中小学生、中专、职技校、大学学生共423 632名发生的伤害进行调查分析。结果 2011学年发生伤害人数857人,伤害发生率0.20%(857/423 632),不同性别学生之间伤害发生率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=193.516,P<0.01);不同学段学生伤害发生率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=361.021,P<0.01)。讨论学校要进一步加强校园内安全教育工作,针对各学段不同性别、年龄学生体育活动的特点,制定相应的对策,运用健康教育、同伴教育的方法提高学生的认知力和自我防护能力,防止意外伤害发生的。[ Objective] To understand the present situation and characteristics of accidental injury among students in different types of schools in Pudong New Area, analyze the time, place and active state of injuries, provide the basis for carrying out related inter- vention strategies. [ Methods] By using the cluster sampling, the accidental injuries occurred in 423 632 students from primary and secondary schools, secondary technical schools, vocational technical schools and colleges in Pudoag New Area in 2011 were investigated and analyzed. [ Results ] A total of 857 students had accidental injuries in 2011, and the incidence rate was O. 20% ( 857/423 632 ). There was significant difference in incidence rate of accidental injuries between male and female students ( X2 = 193. 516, P 〈0. 01 }. The difference in incidence rate of accidental injuries among different academic stages was significant ( X2 = 361. 021, P 〈 0.01 }. [ Conclusion ] The schools should further strengthen the safety education, develop related measures according to the characteristics of sports activities of students with different sex and age, and improve students'cognitive ability and self protection ability by health education and peer education, so as to prevent the accidental injury.
