摘　　要：本文简明客观地记录了一名"以SIRS为突出表现的T4型甲亢继发特殊类型糖尿病"患者的入院诊治-随访与门诊诊治-再诊断过程,领悟到"现代医学临床思维的精髓在于理解并把握标准",并强调了坚持随访与拓展阅读文献在分析疑难病例过程中的重要性。The article has briefly and objectively reported a patient diagnosed as ＂T4 type hyperthyroidism and special type of secondary diabetes prominently manifested By SIRS＂, and descrihes the whole process of admission, follow up, treat- ment in outpatient clinic and diagnose again. Through the case the author realized that the essence of modern medicine clin- ical thinking lied in comprehend and hold the disease diagnostic criterion and stressed the importance of sustaining follow-- up and expanding the reference when analyzing the difficult case.
