摘　　要：共性与个性的辩证关系是指共性寓于个性之中,个性又受共性的制约,共性和个性在一定条件下可相互转化;事物发展的一般规律遵循了由个别到一般,再由一般到个别,即从个性到共性,再由共性到个性这一过程,烧伤休克期补液的历史演变过程完全遵循了这一规律。The dialectical unification of contradictory general character and individuality was that the general character resi- ded in individuality and the individuality was constrained by the commonness. Under certain conditions, the general charac- ter and individuality could transform to each other. The general law of development of things must follow the principle of that things change from the individual to the general and then from the general to the individual. The development of the fluid resuscitation during burn shock stage completely follows this law.
