摘　　要：本文梳理国内部分学者对信息与知识关系的认识,在分辨信息与知识基本概念内涵的基础上,把信息与知识的关系总结为:效用并列、内容转化、范围包含、结构分立和属性替代。The paper combing the understanding of domestic some schdara on the relationship between information and knowledge, base on the distinguish of basic connotation between information and knowledge, relationships between information and knowledge summarized as follows： their roles are parallel, their coments can be transformed, their structures are separate, and the range of information contains the range of knowledge, alternative to each other through the attribute.
