摘　　要：本文首先分析了当前国内重点大学对本校学术成果被SCI收录情况统计的工作现状。在此基础上,提出了使用Web ofKnowledge平台提供的Web服务来构建机构论文统计分析系统的设计思路和方案。接着给出了本系统的主要功能模块以及关键技术的实现方法。最后对本系统的运行情况给出了测试结果。First, the paper made a statistical analysis on status of work about SCI indexed papers d some important univer sity in China, and a solution about institute paper statistical analysis system based on Web d Knowledge web services was pro posed. Then the main functional modules and the key technology the system were described. At last, the test results d the sys tem were given.
