区域性共享联盟建设与可持续发展探究——以宁夏高等教育文献保障系统建设为例

摘　　要：以宁夏高等教育文献保障系统建设实践为基础,提出区域性共享联盟建设的6个方面,即联盟管理体系、文献信息资源、地区联合目录、资源利用体系、人力资源体系和考核监督体系建设。地方政府的支持、发展规划和制度建设、服务创新、借鉴市场机制是共享联盟可持续发展的重要保障。Based on the practice of Ningxia University Library ＆ Information System Construction, the paper put forward six suggests of regional library consortia construction： consortia management system, document and information resource, regional u- nion catalog, resource use system, human resource management system, assessment and supervise system. Important factors of the sustainable development contained supporting of local govenunet, development plan and regulations design, service innova- tion, having successful experiences d market mechanin.
