管道时间管理表在中风康复病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨管道时间管理表对中风患者管道护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法将纳入的64例患者，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均进行常规管道护理，实验组在此基础上应用管道时间管理表。比较两组患者的管道漏更换率、迟更换率、迟更换天数、院感发生率、交接班所用时间及患者满意度。结果实验组管道漏更换率为0％，迟更换率为6．1％，院感发生率降低为3．0％，迟更换天数缩短为（2．45±1．83）d，交接班所用时间为（31．43±3．61）min，对照组分别为6．5％，16．1％，9．7％，（5．31±1．72）d，（38．27±2．56）Min，两组相比，差异均有统计学意义（χ^2值分别为3．15，5．14，6．23，t值分别为3．57，4．16；P〈0．05）。实验组患者满意度提高至97．0％，明显优于对照组90．3％，具有统计学差异（χ^2=8．92，P〈0．05）。结论管道时间管理表有助于降低院感发生率，提高护理服务的满意度，增强护理工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of tube time management form on tube nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction in stroke rehabilitation unit. Methods Totals of 64 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group, both groups accept general tube nursing, and experimental group adopted tube time management. All patients were evaluated the omission rate of tube replacement, the delay rate and the delay day of tube replacement, the incidence of hospital infection, the time of hand-over job, and patients＇ satisfaction respectively. Results After the intervention, in experimental group, the omission rate of tube replacement was 0% , the delay rate of tube replacement was 6.1% , the incidence of hospital infection was 3.0% , the delay day of tube replacement was decreased to（2.45 ± 1.83 ） days, the time of hand-over job was （31.43±3.61）min. In controlgroup, the data were 6.5%,16.1%,9.7%,（5.31±1.72）d, （38.27 ±2.56 ）min, respectively. And there were significantly difference between the two groups （χ^2 = 3.15,5.14,6.23, t = 3.57,4.16, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients＇ satisfaction of experimental group was 97.0% more than that in control group （ 90. 3% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ χ^2 = 8.92, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of tube time management in the stroke rehabilitation unit can decrease the rate of hospital infection effectively, increase patients＇ satisfaction and improve nursing work efficiency.
