艾灸联合维生素B6足三里注射对胃肠手术后肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合维生素眈穴位注射双侧足三里对胃肠手术后肠功能恢复的影响。方法将100例胃肠手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例，对照组给予术后常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上加艾灸联合维生素B6足三里注射，比较两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间。结果实验组肠鸣音恢复时间为（16．35±2．26）h，肛门首次排气时间为（28．05±2．36）h，均明显短于对照组的（25．25±1．25）h，（38．73±2．93）h，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为24．36，20．07；P〈0．01）。结论艾灸联合维生素取注射足三里有助于胃肠手术后肠功能的恢复。Objective To study the effect of the moxibustion combined vitamin B6 acupoint injection in the double parapodum three mile on gastric bowel function recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Totals of 100 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group given postoperative routine nursing, on the basis of that, the experimental group received Zusanli acupoint injection using the moxibustion combined vitamin B6. And all the patients＇ postoperative bowel sound appear time and anal exhaust time were observed. Results The bowel sound recovery time and the first time the anus exhaust time in experimental group were significantly shorter than that in control group [（16.35 ±2.26） h vs （25.25 ±1.25） h, （28.05 ±2.36） h vs （38.73 ±2.93） h;t=24.36,20.07, respectively ;P 〈 0. 01 ）]. Conclusions Moxibustion combined vitamin B6 aeupoint injection in Zusanli ean promote gastric bowel function recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
