摘　　要：目的探讨门静脉高压症患者合并胆囊结石的手术处理。方法对46例门静脉高压症合并胆囊结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果46例中，腹腔镜胆囊切除术18例，开腹胆囊切除术16例，胆囊部分切除术12例，均治愈。结论合理的选择术式和有效的围手术期处理对于门静脉高压症合并胆囊结石的处理极为重要的。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of gallstones in portal hypertension. Methods We reviewed the clinical data of 46 patients with gallstones in portal hypertension. Results Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was done in 18 cases, open cholecystectomy in 16 cases, subtotal cholecystectomy in 12 cases, and all patients were cured. Conclusion Reasonable choice of surgical proceures and effective perioperative management are important for the treatment of gallstones in portal hypertension.
