16例射精障碍的不育男性IVF取卵前实行精液冷冻的结局分析

摘　　要：目的探讨射精障碍的不育男性在取卵前实行精液冷冻的可行性。方法对取精液行常规检查时即有射精障碍的不育男性16例在取卵前实施精液冷冻，并对其结局进行分析。结果冷冻精液16人份，取卵日解冻使用的仅1例，其余15例均完成取精而使用新鲜精液，至目前为止，累计移植18周期，临床妊娠9例，妊娠率为50％。结论对于有射精障碍不育男性，在IVF取卵前实行精液冷冻备用，能有效预防取卵日延迟射精和不射精等射精障碍的发生。Objective To explore the feasibility of semen cryopreservation before oocytes retrieval for infertility male with ejaculation disorder. Methods Semen samples were cryopreserved of 16 infertilities male with dysspermatism before the oocyte picking-up day, and the outcomes of IVF in patients were analyzed. Results Among 16the cryopreserved semen samples, only 1 sample was thawed for IVF on oocyte picking-up day, and the other 15 male successfully used the flesh semen for IVF. Untill now, eymbro transfer was performed in 18 cycles. Nine cases was pregnant ,and the pregnant rate was 50%. Conclusion Application of semen cryopreservation before oocytes retrieval will be helpful to avoid retarded ejaculation and dysejaculation for those male infertilities with dysspermatism.
