摘　　要：一种新型轮胎型硫化机后充气装置的卸胎机构,由气缸驱动转套带动转轴,转轴间通过齿轮啮合实现整体传动,从而带动若干个(片)夹持器张开闭合,以实现压紧、释放轮胎的动作;夹持器收缩后基本呈圆形,避免与轮胎的子口干涉。本液压硫化机后充气装置的卸胎机构运行稳定,重复动作精度可靠;而且安装方便、安全,控制简单,成本低廉。适用于各种中小型轮胎定型硫化机。This paper introduces a new tire unloading mechanism of rare inflator of tire curing press. The shaft is driven by a cylinder, and gear meshing is used to achiee overall drive, so as to drive several （sheet） holder to be opened and closed, in order to achieve compaction and release actions to the tire; the clamper is substantially circular after shrinkage, to avoid interference with the tire bead. This tire unloading mechanism of rare inflator of hydraulic curing press has stable operation, and reliable accuracy for repetitive movements; easy and security installation, simple control, and low cost. The tire unloading mechanism is applicable to a variety of small and medium-sized tire curing press.
