摘　　要：介绍了工程轮胎钢丝圈生产线的卷成盘、层数控制系统、裁刀装置及导开装置的结构、工作原理和存在问题。针对问题制定了改进方案,并进行了实施验证。改进后的工程轮胎钢丝圈生产线安全性能好、故障率低、可靠性高、维护工作量少,设备性能得到大幅度提高。This paper describes the structure, working principle and problems of wind disc, layer control system, cutter and let-off device in engineering tire bead production line. This paper formulates improved solution against problems, and implements the verification. The improved tire bead production line has safety performance, low failure rate, high reliability and low maintenance, and the equipment performance has been greatly improved.
