摘　　要：目的调查乳腺癌患者信息需求水平、信息需求内容及影响患者信息需求的相关因素。方法对507例乳腺癌患者运用乳腺癌信息需求问卷进行调查。结果乳腺癌患者信息需求总分为(205.76±26.64)分,对治疗信息需求程度最高;治疗阶段、年龄、经济收入和文化程度是患者信息需求的影响因素。结论乳腺癌患者信息需求水平较高,提示临床医护人员需要重视乳腺癌患者信息需求并提供针对性的信息支持。Objective To investigation the level, details and the related influencing factors of information need in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 507 breast cancer patients were investigated by Toronto Information Needs Questionnaire of Breast Cancer （ TINQ - BC）. Results The standardized score of breast cancer patient＇s information needs was （205.76± 26.64）, the need of treatment information got the highest score. The treatment phase, patients＇age, economic income and the level of education were the major influencing factors of their information needs. Conclusion Breast cancer patients have high level of information needs ,which indicate that great attention should be paid on the information needs of breast cancer patients and specific information support should be provided for them.
