门诊患者对开设中医护理咨询需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查医院门诊患者对开设中医护理咨询的需求情况。方法对282例门诊患者进行中医护理咨询的社会需求调查。结果 85.82%的患者认为医院缺乏正式的健康咨询场所;91.49%的患者认为医院有必要设立中医护理咨询门诊;年龄≥60岁、不信任护士、既往未接受过中医护理宣传教育、无中医护理咨询史是导致患者不愿接受中医护理咨询的危险因素;97.87%患者期望获得的护理咨询方式是"一对一"个体辅导。结论开设中医护理咨询可以满足门诊患者的就医需求,起到强化门诊医疗的作用。Objective To investigate the demand on Chinese medicine nursing consultation among outpatient department patients. Methods Totally 282 outpatients were investigated with Chinese medicine nursing consultation needs questionnaire. Results Among all the patients ,85.82% patients felt that the health advisory place were lacked in hospital ,91.49% patients considered it was necessary to set up chinese medicine outpatient consultation service in hospital. Patients who were above 60 years of age, disbelieved nurses, untreated traditional Chinese medicine nursing propaganda and education previously, no Chinese nursing advisory history were risk factors for patients who unwilling to accept Chinese medicine nursing consultation, and 97.87 % patients preferred one to one individual counseling. Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing consultation can meet the medical needs of patients in the outpatient department and strengthen the role of outpatient medical.
