摘　　要：目的探讨突发成批烧伤患者的急救护理管理方法。方法实施快速院外急救与转运,院内同时进行人力与物资准备,成立医护责任制小组,"一对一"全程对患者负责,并完善后勤保障工作。结果 6例患者均平稳度过休克期,无并发症发生,1例已治愈出院,4例处于恢复期,1例仍继续治疗。结论高效率的组织与管理方法能够避免抢救工作中的忙乱,使救治程序更加顺畅和有效,提高抢救的成功率。Objective To explore the methods of nursing management of first aid for group burning patients. Methods The timely and effective rescue, and ensuring adequate nurse staffs and material resources inside hospital were ensured. Besides, one - to - one doctor - nurse responsibility system team was built which was full responsible for the patients, and the logistics support work was also perfected. Results All the 6 patients went through shock period smoothly without any complication. Among them, 1 ease was recovered and was discharged from hospital,4 cases were in the recovery phase and 1 case still needed continuous treatment. Conclusion Efficient organization and management of first aid can avoid falling into fusses during rescue, making the treatment process more smooth and efficient, and improve the rescue success rate.
