摘　　要：人类所遭受的一切痛苦和不幸全部源于自身的无明烦恼,烦恼是人心的问题,归根结底是＂信心＂,也就是人类不相信自己内心的能力与潜能,只相信外在的物质力量和技术手段。佛教以心为首、以心为本,修习佛法便是一个育心的完整过程,具体步骤即是＂闻→思→修＂。人心将是最宝贵的资源,其价值主要体现在革新文化和提升道德,这就是心文明。心文明意味着一场人类自我的革旧图新,一次精神生命的脱胎换骨。All the pains and misfortunes suffered by the human are from their own ignorance troubles, its roots are lying in the stubborn self-centered consciousness with the most important three manifestations of greed, hate and ignorance. The root of troubles is the problem of heart, and 'confidence' in the final analysis, that is, humans do not believe in their inner ability and potential, only believe the external material forces and technical means. Buddhism is heart-centered, practicing Buddhist doctrine is the whole process of fertilizing heart, and its concrete steps are 'listening, thinking and practicing'. Human heart is the most valuable resource, its value lies in innovating culture and enhancing moral level, and this is heart civilization. Heart civilization means the human self-innovation and the rebirth of spiritual life.
