摘　　要：大气数据系统综合检查仪。该试验器采用PC104总线技术,实现检测设备的综合化、数字化,能取代几十个老式、相对独立的检测设备,维护效率提高10倍以上。采用改进的Wald的序惯概率比法(SPRT)对攻角传感器的软故障进行检测,解决了攻角传感器软故障无法检测的难题,使检测传感器的误警率从原来的6%下降到1%。A synthetic tester of ADS which can fast measure in the different type of aircraft and type. Using PC104 bus technology, the tester realizes integration and digital of test equipments. As a result, decades of old and relatively independent test equipments are replaced. Maintenance efficiency increases by10 times more than old type of tester. Improved Wald method of Sequential Probability Ratio Test （SPRT） can solve the problem of detecting the soft-failure of Attack angle sensor and make PFA decrease from 6% to 1%.
