摘　　要：通过对739名社区门诊患者进行问卷调查,了解患者对基本药物制度的认知及评价,探讨基本药物制度对患者行为的影响。结果显示,社区门诊患者对基本药物制度的平均知晓率较低,但总体上仍倾向于支持这一制度的实施。基本药物制度实施后,有部分社区门诊患者反映买药比原来变得困难或更愿意选择去大医院就医。To understand the cognition and assessment of essential medicine system among community outpatients and inves- tigate its effect on patients＇ behavior, a questionnaire survey on seven hundred and thirty-nine community outpatients was conducted. The results showed that the rate of awareness on essential medicine system among community outpatients was low, but on the whole they tend to support the system. A bit of respondents felt more difficult to afford medicines than be fore after the enforcement or choose to comprehensive hospitals.
