摘 要:目的:建立研究同一地域来源、不同树龄的凹叶厚朴7种次生代谢产物质量分数变化,为确定凹叶厚朴最佳采收条件提供参考依据.方法:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对绿原酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素、和厚朴酚与厚朴酚进行分离,并建立标准曲线及回归方程.分析随着树龄的增加,其叶、枝皮、茎皮和根皮中7种次生代谢产物质量分数积累情况.结论:不同树龄的凹叶厚朴叶片、枝皮、茎皮和根皮中7种代谢产物质量分数随着树龄积累差异较大,绿原酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素等主要存在于在树龄相对较小的叶片和枝皮中,随着树龄从7年增加至26年其积累变化不明显;厚朴酚与和厚朴酚主要分布于凹叶厚朴的树皮中,其中根皮质量分数最高,茎皮、枝皮次之;7至13年树龄的植株,其厚朴酚与和厚朴酚积累量随树龄增加而明显增加,13至26年树龄的植株随树龄增加二者积累量增幅不大.因此,凹叶厚朴的最适采收对象是树龄超过13年之后的植株.In order to provide reference for determining the best conditions of harvest for Magnolia offici- halls var. biloba Rehd. etWils, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed to sepa- rate chlorogenic acid, rutin, hyperoside, quercetin, quercitroside, honokiol and magnolol from different parts of the trees from the same original regions but with different ages. Standard curves and regression e- quations were set up to analyze the accumulation of the above seven secondary metabolites in the leaves, branch skins, stem skins and root skins. Their accumulation differed considerably with increasing tree age. Chlorogenic acid, rutin, hyperoside, quercetin and quercitroside were found to be contained mainly in the leaves and branch skins of young trees, and the content change was not obvious between 7-year old and 26-year-old trees. Magnolol and honokiol were mainly contained in the bark (or skin) structure of M. bi- loba and were the richest in the root skins, followed by the stem skins and the branch skins. In 7- to 13- year-old plants, their accumulation increased significantly with increasing tree age. However, in 13- to 26 year-old plants, their accumulation did not increase significantly with tree age. In conclusion, the optimum time for harvesting M. biloba is when the tree is around 13 year-old.
