重庆市城市居民住房消费生态足迹分类研究  

On the Classification of Ecological Footprint of Housing Consumption of Urban Residents in Chongqing

摘　　要：运用城市居民住房消费生态足迹测试技术体系(ZXST),对重庆市城市居民住房消费生态足迹进行分类研究,以揭示该市各类城市居民住房消费生态足迹变化特征及变化机理,研究发现:最低收入户(包括困难户)住房消费生态足迹加深,政府应当重视廉租房建设,解决他们的住房问题;低收入户和中等偏下收入户住房消费生态足迹较深,政府应当重视公租房建设,解决他们的住房问题;中等收入户、中等偏上收入户、高收入户和最高收入户住房消费生态足迹基本适应房地产市场发展,属于商品房消费群体.With the technical system of the test of ecological footprint of housing consumption, the ecologi- cal footprint of housing consumption of urban residents in Chongqing is classified in this essay, which re- veals the features and the changing mechanism of ecological footprint of housing consumption of different classes of urban residents in Chongqing. Here are the conclusions. First, the ecological footprint of hous- ing consumption of very low-income （including the poorest） households has become deeper, and so the government should pay more attention to the construction of lowest-rent housing and help them solve the housing problem. Second, the ecological footprint of housing consumption of low-income residents and lower-middle income residents is rather deep, and the government should give more attention to the con- struction of public-rent-housing so as to solve their problem. Third, the ecological footprint of housing consumption of middle-income and upper-middle income residents adapt to the development of the real es- tate market. They belong to the consumer group of real estate.
