摘 要:采用盆栽试验 ,研究了粉煤灰改良砂姜黑土对冬小麦糖分积累与分配的影响 ,结果表明 ,粉煤灰改良砂姜黑土能使小麦不同器官可溶性糖含量在整个生育时期变化趋势一致 ,即越冬期含量最高 ,返青后含量下降 ;在营养生长为主期 ,叶片可溶性糖含量提高 ;在越冬前促进糖向叶鞘运输 ,越冬期向根、鞘运输 ,从而促进营养器官发育 ;在灌浆期促进可溶性糖向子粒运输 ,且这种促进作用在 1 8× 1 0 5kg·hm-2 范围内 ,与粉煤灰用量呈正相关 不同器官淀粉含量差异较大 ,根系在越冬前含量最高 ,叶片以拔节期含量最高 ,叶鞘则在灌浆盛期含量最高 ,茎秆在收获期含量最高 在收获期 ,茎、叶。By plot experiment,sugar accumulation and distribution in different organ of winter wheat on Shajiang Black soil improved by coal fly ash was studied.The results showed that the water soluble sugar content in different organs of winter wheat changed in the same way—highest during overwintering stage and getting lower after reviving.During nutrient growth,improving Shajian Black Soil by coal fly ash could raise water soluble sugar content in the leaf of winter wheat.Before overwintering stage,coal fly ash could promote sugar translating to sheath,but to root and sheath during overwintering stage.During filling stage,it could improve water soluble sugar translating to seed,and the promoting effect was positively related to the amount of coal fly ash used into Shajiang Black soil within the range of 1.8×10 5 kg·h m -2 . The starch content in different organs of winter wheat changed in different ways.The root had the highest content before overwintering stage,and the leaf in elongation stage,and sheath in filling stage.inharvest stage,stalk,sheath and leaf of winter wheat still had a higher starch content.
