摘　　要：阐述了安永低输量含蜡原油管道在实际生产中存在的问题,并对安永线的输送工艺进行分析与研究,尽可能的实现优化生产措施,节能降耗、降低生产成本,加强安永线管理的基础工作,更加合理的指导生产,确保安永线安全运行。重点提出了对安永线停输再启动过程的工况分析,并对制定安全经济方案后的该线的经济效益进行分析。Some problems in actual production of Anyong low throughput waxy crude oil pipeline were introduced, and the transportation technology of Anyong pipe was analyzed and researched, as far as possible to realize optimization of production measures, energy saving and consumption reducing, and reduce the production cost, strengthen the basic management of the Anyong pipe line work to ensure the safe operation of the Anyong pipe. In this paper, condition analysis of Anyong pipe in shutdown and restart was carried out, the economic benefit of Anyong pipe was analyzed.
