摘  要:采用有限元模拟方法,对正拱带槽型爆破片爆破压力进行了研究,探讨了剩余槽厚、槽顶部未贯通距离以及槽底部至端面距离对爆破压力的影响规律。结果表明:爆破压力随剩余槽厚的增加线性增大。随着槽顶端未贯通距离的增加,爆破压力首先迅速增加,然后不变,最后缓慢增加。减弱槽底部至端面距离对爆破压力影响可以忽略。The rupture pressure of forward acting scored rupture disk was studied by using finite element method. The influence of scored residual thickness, un-linked distance of top grooves, and the distance between the end of the groove and disk head face on the rupture pressure was discussed. The results indicate that, the rupture pressure increases linearly with the increase of scored residual thickness; The rupture pressure first increases rapid, then remains constant, and finally increases slowly with the increase of un-linked distance of top grooves;The influence of the distance between the end of the groove and disk head face on the rupture pressure may be ignored.
