摘　　要：目前机织企业的织机品种多、型号杂,严重阻碍了机织行业的信息化发展,企业难以实现高效管理。研究设计了异构织机数据采集的系统。在综合考虑性能、功耗、成本的基础上,系统采用STC12C5A60S2作为主芯片设计了中继卡,数据采集节点并采用RS485总线连接各节点。实现了实时监控和高效管理。Nowadays,looms in weaving enterprises are miscellaneous,so that informationization in those enterprises ~s n^naereo se- riously.A data collection scheme is designed for miscellaneous looms based on the Microprogrammed Control Unit STC12C5A60S2.The performance,power consumption and cost are fully considered.The scheme is consisting of relay cards and data collection nodes,which are connected by RS485 buses.Based on the scheme,a real-time running information system can be made to realize efficient management.
