摘 要:对 8个大豆 7S变异系统的高含硫氨基酸品系的产量及其构成因素与品质性状间进行相关分析 ,结果表明 :在 7S变异系统中 ,⑴每荚粒数与蛋白质含量呈显著负相关 ,而与脂肪含量呈显著正相关关系 ;⑵株高与胱氨酸含量呈正相关关系 ;⑶每荚粒数分别与甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸呈显著或极显著的正相关关系 ;⑷亮氨酸分别与分枝数。Having a correlation analyse between high sulfur amino acid system production of eight Soybean 7s subunit mutation with its form elements and quality shape and property .The results showed that among 7s subunit mutation:⑴has significant negative correlation between sead's number of every pods and content of protein, but significant positive correlation with content of fat ;⑵has significant positive correlation between plant height and content of cystine ;⑶has significant and extremely significant positive correlation between sead's number of every pods and glycine、alanine、valine;⑷has significant and extremely significant negative correlation between leucine and number of branch 、100 kernel weight.
