摘  要:为高效采集水体中低浓度的悬移质泥沙,通过3维数值模拟设计了具有水力旋流器特征的新型悬移质泥沙采样器。采用拉格朗日法多相流分析模型,3维模拟分析了采样器内部压力分布、流体流动情况和悬移质泥沙颗粒的运动轨迹。室内模拟实验结果表明:该泥沙采集分离器对悬移质泥沙(粒径63μm)分离效率高达85%以上,可实现悬移质泥沙的快速在线收集浓缩。泥沙分离效率的实测结果与3维数值模拟分析结果吻合(相差2%~8%)。In order to efficiently sample the suspended sediment with a low concentration, a three-dimensional simulation design was presented for a new suspended sediment sampler characteristic of a hydrocyclone. Using a Lagrangian approach with fluid multi-phase model, the pressure distribution, fluent flow, and particle trajectory in the inner sampler were three-dimensionally simulated. A laboratory experiment showed that its sediment separation efficiency is up to 85% for the sediment particles with individual grain size of 63 μm, which achieved the rapid initu collection of suspended sediment, and the predictions using the three-dimensional simulation are in good agreements with experimental results.
