摘  要:采用近红外光谱分析技术(NIR)以栀子渗漉提取和大孔树脂纯化过程为研究对象,分别研究并建立了过程中栀子苷含量的检测模型,可实现对中药栀子提取和纯化过程栀子苷含量的快速分析。运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立模型,提取过程校正模型相关系数R为0.997 47,校正均方差(RMSEC)和验证均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.588和0.536;纯化过程校正模型相关系数R为0.996 40,校正均方差(RMSEC)和验证均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.308和0.298。本方法可用于中药栀子的提取、纯化过程有效成分含量的快速检测。Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technology was used to set up the quantitative model and fast determination of the content of traditional Chinese medicine geniposide extracted with the permeability method and purified using the macroporous resin . With the partial least squares (PLS) method to establish the models, the correlation coefficient (R) , the root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) and the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) of extracting process mode were 0. 997 48,0. 588, and 0. 536, respectively, and 0.996 40,0.308, and 0. 298, respectively, for purification process quantitative model. It was concluded that NIR is a fast method to quantify the effective component confent of traditional Chinese medicine gardenia during extracting and purification process.
