摘 要:以电加热作为供热热源来模拟太阳能,研究了不同工况下蒸馏器的降膜蒸发特性,实验表明,热流密度、给水流量以及给水温度是影响蒸馏器产水速率的主要因素。其他条件相同时,冷却水流量对产水速率的影响很小,产水速率随着热流密度与给水温度的增大呈线性增加。得到的产水速率的实验关联式可为倾斜式蒸馏器的设计和优化提供参考。Falling film evaporation of a tihed-wick type still, heated by electric wire which was used to simulate solar energy, was conducted under various operating conditions. Experimental results showed that heat flux density, feed wa- ter flow rate and feed water temperature were the most important factors to the stil1's distillate production rate. The cool- ing water flow rate brought little effect on the still's distillate production rate when other operating parameters remained unchanged. The still's distillate production rate increased linearly with the increase of heat flux density and feed water temperature. The relation of still's distillate production rate was gotten, which could provide reference for the design and optimization of tilted-wick type stills.
