摘　　要：通过对陕北丘陵沟壑区畜牧业现状、面临的挑战分析 ,提出了该区畜牧业应以生态环境建设为前提 ,立草为业 ;改革放牧为舍饲 ,大力发展草食肉畜 ;建立高效生态畜牧产业示范区 ,推广“公司 +农户”以沼气为纽带的“五位一体”生态型塑膜温室畜牧产业化发展模式 ,经 5～ 1 0年使草食型∶精料型畜种结构调整为 6∶Through analysing the present condition of animal husbandry development , the author point out that developing animal husbandry must be first construct ecological circumstance and plant grass ,make herding sheep and cattle turn artificial feeding, develop herbivorous animal, build the setting an example ecological animal husbandry industry and spread the model of developing animal husbandry industry of“company + peasant household”,(about 5~10 year) final achieving herding sheep and cattle ∶ artificial feeding = 6∶4.
