摘 要:目的:探讨"工作坊"模式在老年2型糖尿病患者教育中的应用效果。方法:将74例老年2型糖尿病出院患者采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组各37例。对照组通过门诊及电话随访,设定行为改变目标及目标追踪评价;试验组在对照组基础上增加每季度1次的患者教育"工作坊"。每半年评价2组患者代谢指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、体质指数)、自护行为及授权能力的变化情况。结果:试验组代谢指标控制优于对照组(P<0.05);自护行为、授权能力试验组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"工作坊"教育模式能提高老年2型糖尿病患者授权能力,改善自护行为,利于代谢指标控制。Objective To evaluate the effect of workshop mode on the patient education in senile type 2 diabetics. Methods A total of 74 senile outpatients of type 2 diabetics were randomized into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine clinic and telephone visit, setting behavior modification target and target follow--up evaluation, while patients in the experimental group received patient education mode called workshop quarterly on the basis of clinic and telephone visit. The fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 hour postprandial plasma glueose(2hPG), HbA1c, plasma lipids profile, BMI, self--management behaviors and empowerment ability were measured and compared between the two groups every 6 months for 1 year. Results Compared to the control group, the patients in the experimental group made better control of the plasma metabolites, achieved higher factor scores of diabetic self--management behaviors and empowerment ability (P〈0.05). Conclusion The workshop mode can help enhance the empowerment ability and promote self--management behaviors which leads to better control of the plasma metabolic indices in senile type 2 diabetics after discharge.
