北京市2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症及合并症患病情况研究

摘　　要：目的:了解北京市2型糖尿病患者慢性并发症/合并症的患病率及病程。方法:采取面对面访谈形式对北京社区288名患有2型糖尿病的居民的并发症/合并症,包括高血压、高脂血症、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、外周血管病变、视网膜病变、肾病、足病及周围神经病变的患病率及病程进行研究。结果:2型糖尿病患者并发症/合并症的患病率及病程分别为高血压62.85%,14.0年、高脂血症50.00%,10.2年、心血管疾病31.94%,10.6年、脑血管疾病19.79%,9.0年、外周血管病变4.51%、5.0年,视网膜病变6.94%,5.6年、肾病14.24%,8.1年、足病3.13%,8.7年及周围神经病变42.01%,6.7年。结论:北京市2型糖尿病患者的大血管病变的患病率较高,必须实行更严格的血糖、血脂及血压管理以控制2型糖尿病患者并发症的发生与发展。Objective To describe the prevalence and duration of diabetes related complications in patients with T2DM in urban Beijing. Methods The cross-sectional community--based study was carried out in 12 communities in Beijing,which was conducted from October to December in 2011 among 288 type 2 diabetic residents. The sub）rects were interviewed face--to--face by trained interviewers using a questionnaire to get information on demographics and complications. The prevalence and duration of diabetes related complications were studied. Results 162 （56.25 % ） of the study population were females,the mean age was 65.5 years and duration of diabetes was 12.4 years. The prevalences and durations of respective complications were as follows： hypertension 62.85 %, 14.0 years;hyperlipidemia 50.00 %, 10.2 years;cardiovascular disease 31.94%, 10. 6 years; cerebrovascular disease 19. 79%, 9.0 years; PVD 4. 51%, 5.0 years % retinopathy 6.94 %, 5.6 years ; nephropathy 14.24 %, 8.1 years ; diabetic foot 3.13 %, 8.7 years; neuropathy 42. 01% ,6.7 years. Conclusion Macro--vascular complications are highly prevalent among type 2 diabetic residents in urban Beijing. Intensive control on blood glucose,cholesterol and blood pressure should be made to control the occurrence and development of complications.
