普通中小学体育工作结构模型研究——基于西安地区的调查

摘　　要：主要使用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对西安地区普通中小学体育工作结构模型进行研究,结果表明影响西安地区普通中小学体育工作的潜在因子为制度保障、学校教育、学校态度和教育保障,4个因子与高阶"体育工作"因子构建的结构模型客观性得到了验证,教育保障、学校教育、制度保障、学校态度对体育工作的贡献率分别为0.70、0.82、0.97、0.88。西安市郊区与城区的普通中小学体育工作在制度保障方面差异较为显著,在学校教育和学校态度两个方面差异非常显著。这一研究结果为评价西安地区乃至全国普通中小学体育工作水平提供了新的认识途径,也为我国普通中小学体育工作结构模型的构建与优化提供了一定的理论参考。Through methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistic, this paper makes study on the PE work structural model of elementary schools in Xi＇an. The result shows that： the latent factors which affect the PE work of Elementary schools in Xi＇an are system safeguard, school education, school manner and education safeguard. The objectivity of structural model which is constructed by 4 factors and the factor of higher order ＂PE work＂ is obtained confirmation. The contribution ratio of system safeguard, school education, school manner and education safeguard for the P E work respective is O.70, 0.82, 0.97, 0.88. There is more difference in aspect of system safeguard and remarkable difference in aspect of school education and school manner of Elementary schools PE work between the suburban area and the city in Xi＇an. This finding provides a new approach towards evaluating PE work level of Elementary schools in Xi＇an and our country. Meanwhile, it also makes great theoretical preparation for the guidance of construction and optimization for P E work structural model of Elementary schools.
