摘　　要：通过对高校安全教育进行实证分析和研究,提出了在高校开设安全教育与自卫防身课、利用大学生体育社团开展安全教育竞赛、军训中增加安全教育科目、院系之间举行生存技能比赛等课内外一体化的安全教育模式,增强大学生的危险防范意识,提高大学生面对危险和灾难时的自救能力,实现安全知识和安全技能上知和行的统一。Through the life safety education empirical education on the basic of college physical education, put up launch safety and self-defense course, competition of life safety education through college sport association, military training including safety education content and so on. Improve the sense of safety, ability of self-sufficient faced with danger and disaster. realize the unite of knowledge and practice.
