摘　　要：目的 :提高老年胆囊结石患者的治疗水平。临床资料 :对 10 0例病人进行回顾性总结 ,结果发现89例完全治愈 ,11例症状缓解。结论 :根据老年特点 。Objective:To improve the curative effect on senile patients with gallstone accompanied with medical disease.Clinical m aterial:10 0 cases were reviewed.89cases recovered completely and 11cases im- proved. Conclusion:It's advisable to choose the operative m ethod between L C and OC and the perioperative management is to be intensified.
