白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎的疗效。方法 :对 1 1 6例小儿急性肺炎在常规西药治疗的同时给与白虎承气汤口服液治疗 ,同时以 96例小儿急性肺炎单纯使用西药治疗为对照组 ,对两组病例的主要临床指标进行统计学分析。结果 :白虎承气汤口服液组在退热、止咳、平喘、祛痰和通便的疗效及治愈时间均明显优于纯西药组。结论 :白虎承气汤口服液佐治小儿急性肺炎服药方便 ,疗效确切 ,为中西医结合治疗小儿急性肺炎拓宽了道路。Objective: The purpose of testing the curative effect of Baihu Cheng Qi Tang Oral Liquid in treating infantile acute pneumonia Methods: One hundred sixteen cases of infantile acute pneumonia have been using Baihu Cheng Qi Tang when treating with western medicine At the same time 96 cases of infantile acute pneumonia using western medicine alone as control group The main clinical indexes of the two groups have been analyzed statistically Results: The group, which using Baihu Cheng Qi Tang, has obviously more curative effect and shortening curative time than that of the group of using western medicine only in reducing fever, relieving cough and asthma, expelling phlegm and relaxing the bowels Conclusion: Baihu Cheng Qi Tang has distinctive qualities in treating infantile acute pneumonia, it also very convenient in taking the medicine and the effect is quite definite, therefore, it has widened and paved the way for treating infantile acute pneumonia in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine
