摘 要:为了研究齿式离合器中内啮合齿轮副在接合过程中产生的轴向和周向冲击载荷特性,基于系统动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立齿轮副啮合冲击计算模型,计算轮齿轴向接合过程的动态特性和冲击载荷;分析主动轴连接部件扭转刚度对离合器接合动态特性的影响,并以改善离合器轴向接合特性为目标,改进轮齿端面结构,分析端面结构修形后的动态特性.结果表明,齿式离合器的主动齿和从动齿经过多次碰撞后实现轴向接合,最大接触力和力矩出现在第一次碰撞过程中,结合过程的动态特性与冲击载荷主要与齿轮副转速差、轮齿间隙、主动轴刚度与轴向推动力等因素相关.该结果可为内啮合齿式离合器的改进设计提供参考.To study the dynamic characteris f during the axial binding process of its inte internal engaged gear pair was set up axial binding process were analyzed infl , and by us of torsional stiffness Of driving par tics, axial and circumferential impact load of the gear cl rnal engaged gear pair, the dynamic simulation model o the dynamic characteristics of the gear clutcti during the e of the system dynamics analysis software, ADAMS. t on dynamic characteristics and impact load of gear clutch utch f an gear The was analyzed. The transverse profife modification of gear tooth was carried out to improve the .dxial binding characteristies, and the dynamic characteristics of the improved gear clutch were analyzed: The results show that the driving gear engdges with the driven gear after multiple collisions, and the maximum contact force and moment occur in the first collision of the gear pair. The parameters of difference of gear rotary speed, gear clearance, the stiffness of driving shaft, axial driving force have significant influence on dynamic characteristics and impact load of the gear clutch during the gear axial binding process. The results could provide basis for thee design of the internal engaged gear clutch.
