安徽省2000-2009年207例麻风病新发病例流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析麻风病新发病例的流行病学特征,了解安徽省的麻风病流行现状,为该省麻风病防治工作提供一定的线索和依据。方法收集整理2000-2009年全省麻风病疫情监测报表及新发病例个案调查表,进行描述性分析和比较性分析。结果新发病人数量无明显变化,病例散在分布,男女性别比为1.49∶1,多菌型麻风占多数(69.1%),发现方式以通过皮肤科就诊的比例(62.8%)最高,2级畸残率与延迟期之间有统计学关联,随着延迟期的延长,2级畸残率上升。结论安徽省麻风病呈低流行态势,但是要彻底消灭麻风病是一个漫长的过程,仍需要长期的积极防治。通过开展培训、健康教育等方式提高基层医务人员和综合医院的皮肤科医生的麻风病防治意识以及有效开展线索调查工作对病人的早发现、早诊断、早治疗及缩短延迟期、降低畸残率有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics for new detecting cases of leprosy, explore its epidemic status in Anhui Province, and provide new clue and foundation for prevention and treatment. Methods The date of newly diagnosed leprosy patients from 2000 to 2009 in Anhui Province were collected by using disease reporting information system and case questionnaire, then descriptive and comparative analysis was performed. Results The distribution of new cases was scattered. There was no significant change of the new case number in different years, the sex ratio （ male/female） was 1.49 ： 1 ; the major subgroup was multibacillary leprosy with a proportion of 69. 1% ; the major of new cases were found by the dermatology clinic. There was statistically significant correlation between the rate of deform and the delay of diagnosis, the rate of deform was increased with the delay of diagnosis. Conclusions There is a low prevalence of leprosy in Anhui Province, but a long time and active prevention are needed to exterminate the leprosy completely. Improving the leprosy awareness of the dermatologist and grassroots medical staff by training and health education, effectively carrying out the clue investigation may be important for diagnose early, shorten the delay period, and reduce the rate of deform.
