摘  要:应用模糊数学的理论和方法,以模糊综合评价值作为目标函数,得出桑皮纤维脱胶工艺评价指标残胶率及木质素含量的隶属度和模糊综合评价值。通过模糊数学主效应分析,得到桑皮纤维脱胶工艺的优化条件是NaOH 5 g/L,H2O210 ml/L,温度100℃,时间90 min。Fuzzy mathematic theory and analytic method were applied to the degumming process of mulberry fiber so as to get the degrees of membership and fuzzy comprehensive evaluative values of residual pectin rate and lignin content. According to the results of main effect analysis, the optimum degumming conditions were alkaline 5 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution 10 m/L, temperature 100 ℃, time 90 min. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluative value as the objective function, main technological parameters for bleaching were optimized by using fuzzy orthogonal design. And the optimum condition was con- sistent with the directviewing analysis.
