摘　　要：实习教学是培养口腔医学生实践能力、创新能力和职业素质的重要途径,是医学生成为医生的必经之路,笔者在口腔医学专业学生培养过程中,从实习教学医院准入制度制定、系统师资培训、实习大纲统一、建立教学质量监控评估体系等方面进行全方位的实践,切实保障口腔医学专业的临床实习教学质量。Practice teaching is a very important way for the students of stomatology to train their practical ability, innovative ability and professional quality. At the same time,it is the only way for them to be a real dentist. During the training course,we ensure our clinical practice teaching quality through establishing access system of teaching hospitals,organizing systematic training of teachers,integrating the practice program,and improving supervision system of teaching quality.
