耳穴按压联合推按运经仪预防胆囊结石术后复发疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴按压及推按运经仪联合应用预防胆囊结石术后复发的临床效果。方法120例经微创内窥镜保胆囊取石术后患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例，对照组取石术后未进行任何治疗，治疗组于取术石后第2天应用耳穴压迫治疗，1个月后开始行推按运经仪治疗，疗程为3年。观察比较两组术后结石复率等。结果两组共脱落病例6例，其中对照组2例，治疗组4例。治疗组胆囊厚度（2．13±0．36）mm、胆囊收缩功能（56．86±8．98）％，对照组分别为（3．21±0．40）mm、（35．21±7．50）％，两组差异均有统计学意义（t=15．14、13．99，均P〈0．01）。随访发现，治疗组复发1例、未复发55例，对照组复发8例、未复发50例，经Fisher确切概率法检验，两组复发率差异有统计学意义（P=0．032）。结论耳穴按压联合推按运经仪能减轻及消除胆结石术后胆囊壁的炎症，增强胆囊的收缩功能，显著减少胆囊结石的复发。Objective To study the effect of auricular-plaster and meridian-pressing instrument on the pre- vention of gallstones recurrence after stone removeol. Methods 120 cases which were after endoscopic minimally cholecystolithotomy were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group. All cases were ob- served for 3 years. Results This research altogether fell off 6 cases,including 2 cases in the control group and 4 ca- ses in the treatment group. The treatment group＇s gallbladder wall （2.13 ± 0.36）mm was more thinner than the con- trol group＇s （3.21± 0.40）mm, the treatment contract function was more strenghen than the control group, and the gallstone recurrence after stone removeol of the treatment was more smaller. Conclusion Aricular-plaster and meridi- an-pressing instrument can reduce inflammation of the gallbladder wall, enhance the gallbladder contraction function, and prevent the recurrence of gallstone.
