摘 要:目的了解突发性聋患者内听动脉的管径大小,为探讨突聋的病因提供参考。方法对突聋组(30例)及对照组(30例正常人)进行磁共振成像MRI检查,MRI序列包括弥散成像(DWI)、内耳水成像(3D-FIES-TA)和血管成像(MRA),记录并比较两组对象面、听神经段内听动脉直径。结果突聋组患侧面听神经段内听动脉直径值为0.77±0.12mm,健侧为0.94±0.10mm,对照组优势侧(自身对照内听动脉直径较大侧)面听神经段内听动脉直径值为0.93±0.10mm,非优势侧(内听动脉直径较小侧)为0.89±0.10mm,突聋组患侧与健侧及对照组两侧分别比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),突聋组健侧与对照组两侧比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.01)。突聋患者患侧的内听动脉直径较健侧及正常对照组小。结论突聋患者患耳的内听动脉内径均较健侧或正常人小,可能内耳供血障碍与突发性聋的发生有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between sudden deafness and intenal auditory artery (IAA) blood supply obstacle. Methods MRI was conducted to the sudden deafness group and the control group, in- cluding DWI,3D--FIESTA and MRA. The diameter of internal auditory artery was recorded as the results. Results For the sudden deafness group, the diameter of internal auditory artery on the affected side and the normal side were 0.77±0.12 and 0.94±0.10, respectively. Those were considered significant. For the control group, the diameters of internal auditory artery were 0.93±0.10 and 0.89±0.10, respectively. Those were also significant comparing with the affected side of the sudden deafness group. Those were not significant comparing with the normal side. Conclusion Circulaton obstacle of IAA is one of the significant agents to sudden deafness.
