摘　　要：近年来,随着肝脏免疫学的兴起,肝脏巨噬细胞逐步成为研究的热点。本文综述了非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发病中巨噬细胞,尤其是Kupffer细胞的表型及功能极化与NAFLD的关系,探讨Kupffer细胞极化对NAFLD发生发展的影响。With the development of the liver immunology in recent years, liver macrophage gradually becomes a researching focus, Kupffer cell is one of the macrophages in liver. This paper reviews the macrophages in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）, especially the relationship between the Kupffer cell transformation and NAFLD, and discusses the transformation of Kupffer cell of NAFLD occurrence and development.
