摘　　要：运用CAD/CAM/CAE软件的参数化功能,对系列五金进行参数化设计建模,并在调用时将五金件与产品的相关参数关联,在产品变的过程中,实现自动从Excel参数表中调用相应参数组,生成最佳规格的五金件与产品适配,以保证相应装配孔位的准确性,从而为大规模个性化定制中家具系列五金的建模提供了一种有效的解决方法最后以"滑轨+螺钉"组件为例。Using the parametric function of CAD/CAM/CAE software to build a parametric model for a series of hardware, the method can link the called hardware with the product by the related parameters, the hardware fitting the products with the best specification can be built automatically by updating its parameters＇ value from parametric table in Excel, the process above is happening during the changement of the products so as to assure the correct positions of holes on the parts of product. The method affords an available solution for how to build a right model for a series of hardware in Mass Customization （MC） of furniture. Taking the ＂Slide ＆ Blots＂ as an example, the method demonstrated is efficient.
