改良烧伤烤架在烧伤患者暴露疗法中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察改良烧伤烤架在烧伤患者暴露疗法中的应用效果。方法将160例患者按病历号的奇偶数随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组应用改良的烧伤烤架,对照组应用传统的烧伤烤架,对两组患者的治疗效果、安全性、满意度等方面进行评价。结果两组患者的治疗效果尤差异,改良的烧伤烤架安全性好、患者满意度高。结论改良的烧伤烤架对患者治疗效果没有影响,可减少成本支出,同时能保障患者安全,提高患者对医护人员的满意度,简便实用易于推广。Objective To observe the application effect of reformed burn gridiron in exposed therapy of burns. Methods A total of 160 burned patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group based on odd or even case number The experimental group was equipped with reformed burn gridiron while the control group used traditional burn gridiron. The treatment effect, safety and satisfaction degree in the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no difference between the two groups in terms of treatment effect, but the safety of reformed burn gridiron and satisfaction de-gree of patients in the experimental group were higher than in the control group. Conclusion The reformed burn gridiron doesn＇t impair the treatment effect;it can decrease medical expense, guarantee the safety and improve the satisfaction degree of patients, and is also simple and convenient, deserving to be promoted.
